Common reasons parents call us
Fever, ear infections, sore throats, coughs and colds, vomiting and diarrhoea, rashes, insect bites, minor injuries and allergic reactions. The doctor examines your child, explains what is going on and gives a clear plan for the next days.
Medicines and doses for children
Children's medicine depends on age and weight. The doctor prescribes the right product and dose and explains how to give it. Many familiar medicines have different brand names in Turkey; we tell you exactly what to ask for at the pharmacy.
When a child needs a hospital
Difficulty breathing, a baby under three months with fever, a child who is very drowsy or hard to wake, a fit, a rash that doesn't fade when pressed, or signs of serious dehydration need hospital care straight away. We direct you to a suitable children's emergency department.
Questions
Do you see babies?
Yes. For babies under three months with a fever, we usually recommend a hospital assessment and will guide you to one.
Can the doctor visit at night?
Yes, day and night.
Will my travel insurance cover the visit?
Many policies do. You receive a medical report and receipt to submit to your insurer.
